Kate is a sculptural ceramicist who’s work is deeply rooted in nature.
Based on instinct, emotion and memory, her gestural approach to painting suggests a tactile blurring of time past. Upon this soft landscape she layers her floral ceramics, a nod to the present, balancing the two mediums seamlessly, a quiet connection of the two, past and present, creating unique ceramic paintings that enhance and complement a home.
